Artist Resources

An art practice requires us to know and support ourselves.

We have to start there.

Of the 20+ years I have been an artist, most of them have been spent wandering blindly through a maze of angst and frustration. Thankfully, I began to discover how to address what I had overlooked for years: my internal process.

This one thing has made all the difference.

A healthy art practice addresses both your technical skills and your mindset, which drives or obstructs the entire process.

Learning who you are as an artist and how to give yourself space to explore and grow is the most crucial and fulfilling part (and the most miserable part if it is unaddressed). Because this has been such a pivotal element in my growth, everything I offer and teach always combines both your external and internal focus.

Below you’ll find some things designed to nurture and support you as an artist.
