ORDERING
How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. SHIPPING
Note: Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour, and transit fees. I do my best to find the option that is most economical while ensuring safe and mindful transit and delivery.
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?
Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days unless I communicate otherwise to you (due to vacations, business trips, unusual circumstances, or arranging for framing.)
Is shipping included?
Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless you have a shipping discount code from a promotion I am running. My site is set up to ship to the U.S. and Canada with USPS and will be visible included in your purchase price at checkout. If you are outside of North America, I will bill separately for shipping once you have purchased the painting. I do this for your benefit—in order to get you the best price and the safest carrier, I get the estimate and allow you the chance to approve it before I send the painting.

How will my painting be packaged for shipping?
How the paintings are packaged depends on the substrate and size.
If you have purchased artwork on paper or wood panel, it will arrive to you flat and well wrapped/protected between layers of cardboard that keep it from bending or being damaged.
If your painting is on canvas, it will arrive one of two ways:
If on stretched canvas, it will arrive, ready to hang, with ample packaging for protection. If you have purchased a canvas painting with a frame, it will be packaged the same way.
Sometimes (when possible) I will remove the canvas from the stretcher bars and ship the rolled canvas in a hard cardboard tube. This is very economical and safe for the painting. If we have agreed on this shipping method, then I will arrange for a framer in your area to receive the painting and stretch it onto stretcher bars where you can pick it up when it’s done. The cost of this stretching process is your responsibility and I will get an estimate for you when we discuss this as an option so there are no surprises.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If you are outside of North America, I will bill separately for shipping once you have purchased the painting. I do this for your benefit—in order to get you the best price and the safest carrier, I get the estimate and allow you the chance to approve it before I send the painting. If you do not approve it, I will issue you a refund.
Overseas shipments (outside the US) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
RETURNS
What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a return agreement for purchases made within North America. (See return policy below for international purchases.)
If a painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing, arranging, and purchasing return delivery using the same service the painting was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned, I will refund your payment within 14 days.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. When possible, I purchase insurance in the unlikely event that artworks are damaged by the carrier. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately and if possible keep a photograph.
What about Overseas Returns?
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the US.
