About This Painting: One of the themes that emerged in this series was a wonderful exploration of transparency in the landscape. I have always loved depicting transparency in my landscapes, and using this process allowed me to do it in new ways that were more in line with my desire for a nice blend of representation and abstract. This one used a lot of paint glazes to enable me to depict what lies below, then the reflections on the surface as well as any debris on the surface. Finding that sense of depth is a challenge and a delight when it happens.

I ship paintings like this flat and very carefully packaged to protect it during transit. I do my best to ship within 3 days of your purchase.
