About This Painting: One of the themes that emerged in this series was a wonderful exploration of transparency in the landscape. I have always loved depicting transparency, and using this process allowed me to do it in new ways that were more in line with my desire for a nice blend of representation and abstraction. This started more than a year ago with colorful acrylic inks but I wasn’t ready to progress it until now. I added a lot of paint glazes as well as watercolors with hints of the textured collage.

I ship paintings like this flat and very carefully packaged to protect it during transit. I do my best to ship within 3 days of receiving your frame, which usually takes about 2 weeks to receive.
