This painting is made with acrylic paint and inks, collage paper, and various mark making tools like tailor’s chalk and soft pastels.
About This Painting: Originally part of the initial experimental process when I was developing this work, this painting helped me to discover how I wanted to use transparencies in this series. Creating layers that suggest depth and a world existing below the surface is very interesting and relevant to my work. I’ve been including bits of this in most of my past work, but this series brings it more to center stage.
Shipping + How This Painting Arrives: Only customers living in North America will have their shipping reflected at checkout. If you live outside of the U.S./Canada, contact me before purchase and I will handle your purchase personally. The painting arrives to you with matting but without a frame. I ship works on paper flat and very carefully packaged to protect it during transit. I do my best to ship within 3 days of your purchase.
Sometimes shipping that is auto-calculated can vary from actual shipping costs, especially if you order more than one painting. If I find that your actual shipping cost substantially varies from the automated charge, then I will refund the difference to you.
